These terms govern the use of PosterApp, the software platform provided by AEA GmbH & Co. KG.

2. Description of Service

The platform provides tools for social media automation, scheduling, cross-platform publishing and campaign management.

3. User Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not publish illegal, abusive or harmful content
• Remain fully responsible for all uploaded and published content

4. Platform API Compliance

Users must comply with third-party platform terms, including TikTok Developer Policies, Meta Platform Terms and Pinterest Developer Terms.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for confidentiality of credentials and account access security.

6. Limitation of Liability

AEA GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for user content, third-party platform actions, or external provider outages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of violations, abuse or unlawful activity.
